Connections are links to other TSM Radio members. You can invite your favourite members to connect with you so you can keep up to date with their profile or communicate with them easier via your profile page. You can send private messages, direct email or just see if they are currently online.
Requesting a connection with another member is easy. Simply visit their profile page then:-
Move your mouse over the connections button (top of profile).
Select 'Request Connection' from the drop down menu.
Personalise your request (if you wish) by adding a short message and then click the 'Submit' button.
If your connection request was successful you will receive an email confirmation and the member will show up in the 'Connections' section in your profile.
Receiving a connection from another user.
You will receive an email notification asking for a connection, this email will have a direct link to the requesting member's profile (so you can check them out) a personalised message from the member (if they left one) and a direct link to your 'Manage Actions' page so you can either accept or deny the connection.
If you accept the connection you will be directed to a page so you can put them into a user category and add a comment about the user (if you wish) which people can read when they move their mouse over the connection in your profile.
If you deny the request the member will disappear from your actions page and that will be an end of the request, the requesting member will be notified via email of the denied request.
