From the catchy, dark edged opening chords, to the tunefully abrupt end, 'Myliner' by Symbo is definitely a sound to listen out for. The tenacious chorus, laidback vocal style and resonant riffs are irresistible and make the song as a whole memorable and impossible to not dance to.

epic, energetic and euphoric

The Bedfordshire 3 piece described by the NME as 'Headspinning rock', have certainly impressed me. Emerging late in 2005, the band became a 3 piece this year, with guitarist Aaron taking over lead vocals, Andy on Bass and vocals, and Phil on drums and vocals. Averaging one session in studio per year; including the 'Letting Go' demo, and the 'So Heavy' CD, the latest offering is of course, the debut single 'Myliner' (and another two fantastic tracks, the more punkish 'Eclipse' and slightly ethereal sounding 'Get the picture') and it will be available to download on the 22nd October.

Described as epic, energetic and euphoric (not to mention as; 'How rock is supposed to be' by Musatronic) the boys hard work has certainly not gone unnoticed and as a talented and exciting band live as well as in the studio, they've managed to rack up tons of countrywide gigs, and radio airplay, not to mention playing alongside bands such as 'Brigade' 'My Alamo' 'Last Stop China Town' 'The Hedrons' and 'Lost Alone' as well as successfully entering the London scene in 2006 and finishing up the year nicely with a headlining gig in Manchester, which is certainly impressive in such a short space of time.

Luckily for you, they have plenty of shows coming up from now until November in the Midlands, London and Manchester. So, download the single, get your tight black gladrags on and don't be a bimbo-go out and see Symbo!

Listen to Myliner, due for release on October 22nd 2007
