This song lulls you in with a false sense of security,
the intro moodily skulks along, and then without warning it hits you. The fast paced tale of night time debauchery races along and leaves you running to catch up.

Billy Liar perfects the art of story telling in this song by adding humour and the all important self deprecation.

Billy Liar's voice is unusual; it has the edge to make you believe every word he is saying is autobiographical. You can believe it, which in today's world of over exaggerated notes and harmonies is something of a refreshing change.

The tale of a drunken house party is one that most people can relate to, and Billy Liar perfects the art of story telling in this song by adding humour and the all important self deprecation. The music carries you along with them through the party, starting softly, then taking you knee deep into chaotic punk music perfection, before leaving as it began. The talent of these four Scottish musicians is resident throughout and culminates in one of the most exciting tracks to be heard this summer.

The band haven't been together long, formed in 2006 by Billy Liar the Edinburgh based punk poet and they have already created quite a following. They are now being backed by Kenny Macdonald the manager of The Proclaimers. They have had many rave reviews including Music News Scotland, and with plays from XFM and Radio One it is clear to see the music world have already started to take notice of one of the best things to come out of Scotland this year.
